The villa consists of:

Lounge:
A large Lounge/Dining room equipped with two comfortable 3 seat sofa's, sideboards, T.V, DVD and coffee table. The dining table seats six.

Kitchen:
Fitted Cherry wood style kitchen units complete with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups & saucers. There is a built in oven & hobb, fridge freezer & washing machine, in fact everything you could possibly need!

Downstairs WC Cloakroom:
Floor to ceiling ceramic tiles, close coupled white WC suite and wash basin.

Master Bedroom:
Double bed, bedside units, built in wardrobe and draws, dressing table & mirror. There is also an Ensuite WC & shower room for your convenience. The Master bedroom also has it's own terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. The Master bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.

Bedroom 2:
Two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside unit, views to the sea. Bedroom 2 has access to a terrace. The Bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.

Bedroom 3:
Two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside unit, views to the sea. The Bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.

Family Bathroom:
Floor to ceiling ceramic tiles, white 1700 x 700 bath with shower attachment, close coupled WC suite & wash basin.

Exterior:
Large terraces to two sides, 8x4 metre swimming pool with patio surround, built in BBQ. Patio table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol.
